Housing Affordability Strategy for Harris County and Houston (Closed)
City of Houston and Harris County seek to engage qualified consultants to develop a housing data analysis, housing strategic plan, and a housing dashboard for the City of Houston and Harris County. Together, these three projects will be called “The Housing Affordability Strategy for Harris County and Houston (The Strategy).”

Site Demolition Note: The site will be cleared of all buildings on the site (HCHFC performing demolition work) before initiation of any multi-family development.
The Loan Agreement will include HCHFC and Harris County requirements including Tenant Protection Policy. Bracewell (Bond and Partnership Counsel for HCHFC) will develop a Loan Agreement, PAB Bond application to the TX Bond Review Board, serve as Bond Counsel, develop a Memorandum of Understanding, Partnership Agreements, and Tax Exemption Opinion). Stifel – Harris County HFC Financial Advisor will perform all underwriting analysis.
